Processing takes 1-5 days on all orders

Due to everything made in small bathes, slight variations of color may occur. 

You have 24hrs to cancel your order to receive full refund. 

Depending on which shipping you select, will determine when you’ll receive your purchase.

When choosing priority mail express there may include up to $100 of insurance.

Refund 

For santariy reasons we do not accept returns on skin and body care products. 

Proof must be sent immediately of entire damage or defective product to be eligible for store credit or replaced item (case by case basis)

Fraudulent charge backs are not tolerated and will be banned from store. 

Shipping 

Once orders are shipped we are not responsible.

Body butters are shipped Monday-Wednesday to avoid melting during shipment. 

Body butters are frozen, and wrapped in thermal wrap to minimize melting during transit. 

Send email at checkout to receive tracking number.

Returned for due incorrect address you must repay for shipping 

Not responsible for lost or damage packages.
